Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, happy, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Leading and supporting the care team during shifts
* Ensuring outstanding person-centred care
* Administering and overseeing medication
* Supporting care planning and assessments
* Motivating and mentoring team members
* Helping residents live fulfilling and dignified lives every day
This is a hands on leadership role where compassion matters just as much as experience.
