About the apprenticeship
Duties
•Answer incoming calls
•Process prescriptions
•Communicate well with staff, patients and any visitors
•Summarise medical information onto the computer
•Sort incoming mail
•Respond to digital queries

•37.5 hours worked Monday to Friday between 07:45 and 18:30 (shifts will depend on the needs of the practice, but can be flexible to work around the employee where possible)
