This is a highly autonomous role in a high performance but supportive culture.
✅ As Area Manager you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region.
Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service compliance and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
