Support Worker - Learning Disabilities (Advanced Level) - Hampshire We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers for adults with learning disabilities at an advanced level. These roles are available in Bournemouth, Hampshire. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical and emotional support to vulnerable adults with varying degrees of learning disabilities. Manage challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes. Work in various settings, including residential homes, day services, and supported living environments. Use a consistent, patient, and empathetic approach to engage with individuals while maintaining safe boundaries. Shift Patterns: We offer flexible shift patterns to fit your preferences, including: Monday to Sunday shifts Early shifts, late shifts, long days, waking nights, and sleep-ins You can choose how much or how little you work, allowing you to balance work with other commitments. Continuity is crucial in these roles, and our staff values the flexibility we offer. Requirements: Extensive experience in supporting adults with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. A Team Teach qualification or similar is required, due to the diverse and challenging nature of the people you will be supporting.
