Technology Adoption Manager - Central London (Hybrid, 4 days in office/ week)
Role Overview:
We’re partnering with a leading business to appoint a Technology Adoption Manager within their Group Technology function. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful adoption of cutting‑edge smart building and digital access technologies across a prestigious UK property portfolio.
You’ll work closely with on‑site teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to embed digital platforms into everyday operations, while also helping shape the organisation’s evolving portfolio of smart services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the adoption and integration of smart platforms across deployed buildings.
* Translate smart platform capabilities into practical, day‑to‑day user behaviours to ensure seamless and confident usage.
* Build strong relationships with customers and operational teams to drive engagement, clarity, and enthusiasm around smart technologies.
* Develop playbooks, guidance materials and support frameworks that make digital adoption simple and repeatable across sites.
* Empower site teams to become advocates for digital access and smart functionality.
* Help shape and define new smart building service offerings, including demised and data‑driven propositions.
* Provide structured, data‑led insights to inform ongoing platform improvements and strategic decision‑making.
Key Skills required:
* Proven experience driving adoption of digital platforms or technology change within complex operational environments.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across property management, operational teams and commercial stakeholders.
* Ability to translate technical capability into clear operational processes.
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
* Understanding of smart buildings, IoT platforms or digital access technologies.
Salary on offer is up to £80k/ annum, plus excellent benefits.
