What You'll Be Doing
* Helping out teachers with awesome lessons for the kids.
* Giving kids a hand, one-on-one or in a group, so they can do their very best.
* Helping to keep the classroom a happy, positive place where everyone feels welcome.
* Getting all the learning stuff ready and keeping it tidy.
* Watching over the kids during class, playtime, and lunch to make sure they're safe.
* Keeping track of how the kids are doing and how far they've come.
* Working closely with the whole school team to support everyone's goals.
Who We're Looking For
We're searching for a go-getter who really cares about helping kids grow! To be a great fit for this job, you should have:
* A Level 2 or 3 TA qualification, or similar experience in a school.
* At least 6 months of experience in a UK primary school.
* Great skills in talking and getting along with people.
* A deep understanding of what's taught in primary school and how kids learn.
* Fantastic organizational skills and the ability to manage your time well.
* A kind, patient, and understanding approach to working with children.
* The ability to work as a key part of a team.
* A firm commitment to keeping all children safe.
* Possess an Enhanced Child DBS or willingness to get one through Randstad.
