🧑⚖️ Role Overview

As a Legal Intern at PeepalCo, you will gain hands-on experience supporting a fast-paced legal team in the wealth-tech space. This position is ideal for candidates who want to learn about legal operations within fintech, particularly Web3 and data privacy.


📋 Key Responsibilities

* Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, lease documents, and real estate agreements

* Conduct legal research and updates on crypto regulations, SEBI guidelines, and Web3 developments

* Contribute to data privacy policy implementation

* Address legal queries related to new product launches through detailed research

* Prepare legal correspondence and case summaries

* Assist in developing training materials and documentation

* Manage general clerical and legal operations including file management, record keeping, and document filing
