Key Responsibilities: Managing your own small caseload of matters Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion Drafting contracts and supporting documentation Conducting searches and preparing reports Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care Supporting the wider property team as required Requirements: Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience within residential conveyancing Experience assisting on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload Excellent communication and client care skills A proactive and team-oriented approach Benefits: Clear and genuine career development pathway Hybrid working options for improved work-life balance Ongoing training and mentorship from experienced property lawyers Supportive, collaborative working environment Competitive salary and benefits package
