Are you a proactive, commercially minded professional with experience in adult learning, employer engagement, or income generation? Do you thrive on building strong partnerships, supporting high-quality provision, and ensuring compliance and performance targets are met?
A full-time opportunity has arisen within our Adult Learning and Commercial Enterprise department. This is a dynamic, outward-facing role that combines relationship-building, administration, compliance, and business development supporting adult learners and employers across Wiltshire.

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do
Support all aspects of adult learning provision across the College, including Distance Learning programmes
Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, partners, and local communities
Attend and support employer engagement events and community events (a clean driving licence is essential)
Coordinate enrolment processes and review the compliance of enrolment documentation
Ensure quality and funding compliance, including Adult Skills Funding requirements (full training provided)
Work closely with colleagues to meet adult learner recruitment and performance targets
Assist Heads of Faculties, lecturers, and professional services staff with administrative and operational support throughout the academic year
Support the development and establishment of new curriculum aligned with local employer and community needs
Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to promote and grow adult provision
Contribute to commercial income generation and business development activity
What Youll Bring
Experience in adult learning, training, business development, or employer engagement
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confidence reviewing documentation and ensuring compliance
Ability to build productive relationships with employers, partners, and community stakeholders
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a cross-college team
Good communication skills and the ability to discuss course offer and progression opportunities
A clean, full driving licence and willingness to attend events across the region
Experience working within further education or funded provision (desirable)
