Due to our continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit a Marketing, Media and Graphic Design Assistant to support our Marketing and Communications department in our office in Woking.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Developing an in-depth understanding of our products.
* Assisting with preparing marketing materials (technical documents, PowerPoints, adverts, exhibitions).
* Co-ordinating events and exhibitions.
* Planning and creating engaging social media content (primarily LinkedIn).
* Setting up, designing and launching external e‑mail campaigns.
* Planning / coordinating, designing and delivering our monthly newsletter.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels, including websites, social media and documentation.
Skills and Experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally within a B2B environment.
* Previous experience of using the full Adobe Creative suite is essential.
* The ability to work within cross‑functional teams.
* A flexible approach to work, being comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
* Outstanding time management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritise tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Familiarity with e‑mail marketing platforms, content management systems and social media management tools.
Please note: Occasional overnight travel may be required with this role.
