Internal Sales Engineer

The Opportunity:
Adept resourcing are supporting an established and growing engineering business is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join its team due to continued expansion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist organisation supplying high quality engineered products into demanding industrial sectors.
The role will suit someone enthusiastic, detail focused and eager to learn, with strong communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning product ranges, material grades and industry specifications
Reviewing customer enquiries, technical specifications, bills of materials (BOMs) and engineering drawings
Preparing and issuing quotations
Managing customer accounts, including follow ups and negotiation
Processing and raising sales orders
Supporting the wider sales function with administrative and technical tasks
Skills & Experience Required:
Strong communication and numeracy skills
Good IT and computer literacy
High attention to detail and organisation
Positive attitude with willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience within the steel or engineering sector is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.What's on Offer:
