The team you'll be joining
This role involves supporting the day-to-day life of very busy households with lots going on, so no two days are alike. A typical early shift might involve supporting Olivia* with getting ready for her day ahead. This could include helping to make breakfast, wash her hair and take medication, to ensure her day gets off to the best start.
The bungalows offer an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere, where new colleagues are quickly integrated into the team. You'll work alongside experienced staff who will look out for you, providing support, training, and advice to ensure you build full confidence in your role. At MacIntyre, we are guided by our values that ensure honesty, fun, respect, and compassion are at the heart of everything we do.
This role offers a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact in Olivia's life. You'll work with her to create a routine that makes sense to her, and encourages her to thrive.
If you're ready to make a difference and support someone in their daily life, we would love to hear from you.
Important Note: We are currently unable to offer sponsorships as we await further guidance from the Home Office. Applications requiring sponsorship cannot be considered at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
