* Provide practical, business‑focused legal advice on commercial and operational matters, helping teams identify and manage legal and regulatory risks.
* Support corporate governance for the company’s global subsidiaries, including working with external advisors to draft and maintain board minutes, shareholder meeting minutes, bylaws, policies, charters, articles of incorporation and other governance‑related documents.
* Assist with international entity formation, maintenance, and new country expansion initiatives in partnership with finance and external advisors.
* Collaborate closely with the Deputy General Counsel, and other Legal team members on legal initiatives, process improvements, and special projects.
* Support the legal team with operations and document management, ensuring legal records and agreements are organised, accurate, and up to date.

Qualifications

* Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
* Strong academic background with a law degree (LLB) or equivalent, and completion of the Legal Practice Course (LPC) or Solicitors Qualifying Examination (SQE).
* 3–5 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE) in commercial and corporate law, preferably with a combination of a reputable law firm and in‑house legal department.
* Experience negotiating global commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, Services Agreements, Local Adoption Agreements, and vendor/supplier contracts.
* Data privacy experience is a plus.

Core Skills

* Excellent written and verbal skills and a proven ability to work cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
* Professional, responsive, thoughtful, and able to effectively prioritise competing demands while satisfying strict timelines.
* Familiarity working across the globe, to support multiple time zones and cultures (the Deputy General Counsel is located in the US!).
* Ability to develop a working knowledge of our Platform and business model.
* Self‑motivated, energetic, excellent interpersonal, conflict‑resolution skills.
