Your Contribution (Job description) Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced, motivated and detail-oriented Indirect Buyer to join our procurement team. The indirect Buyer will have responsibility for procurement of goods and services to support our manufacturing and service operations, ensuring delivery, cost, and quality targets are achieved. This is a hands-on, varied position offering exposure to supplier management, governance and cost management. Provide purchasing support for the indirect category and services that support the manufacturing and service/repair activities of the business Sourcing value for money, quality suppliers, and securing commercially appropriate quotations; negotiating pricing and payment terms. On-board new vendors and own the process for ERP set up, ensuring the appropriate processes are followed Assisting with the negotiate of prices, terms, and conditions of supply. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and deliveries. Work with stakeholders to confirm specifications and supplier engagement Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders Your Journey (qualifications & skills) You will have recognised experience of In-direct procurement, a proactive approach, adaptability, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-focused mindset with outstanding negotiation and communication abilities. Additionally, you should bring: Strong organisational skills and good commercial awareness Confidence working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Experience of SAP, Coupa and Ecovadis platforms preferred Good time management and organisational skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
