The role of a Financial Adviser is to provide clients with clear financial guidance and make tailored recommendations on how to best utilise their capital, following agreed policies, processes, and regulatory standards.
This role reports to the relevant Financial Planning Manager of each branch.

* Manage an assigned client bank while also onboarding new clients, both from leads provided and through own activity.

Responsibilities
* Produce detailed and compliant business cases in a timely manner.
* Ensure all client files and records are kept up to date after each client interaction.
* Follow all internal processes covering compliance, client service, charging, CIP, and CRP.
* Maintain knowledge and competence in line with T&C standards.
* Build strong relationships with internal colleagues and external professional connections to generate opportunities.
* Ensure advice is current and aligned with the firm's investment propositions.
* Conduct all client reviews within required timescales, maintaining high standards of service.
* Provide support and clear instructions to administrative teams to enable efficient workflow.
Other Obligations
* Attain and maintain competent adviser status as defined by the FCA.
* Complete mandatory and regulatory training within deadlines.
* Adhere to company policies and processes.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and secure handling of client information.
Requirements
* Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential).
* Advanced qualifications such as DipPP, J09, J10, CF1 (preferred).
* Chartered Financial Planner status (desirable).
* A minimum of 4 years' industry experience.
* Strong organisational, analytical, research, and communication skills.
* Excellent report writing ability with attention to detail.
* Evidence of maintained CPD and a desire for continued professional development.
