We are currently recruiting for a full-time Production Operator to join our team based in Cumbernauld. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a small, supportive team, working on the assembly of motors used in small machinery and robotics. We are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work.
Your Time at Work
* Assemble motors and components in line with technical specifications
* Use power tools and basic electronic equipment safely and effectively
* Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet required standards
* Follow standard operating procedures and assembly instructions
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment
* Work closely within a team of four to achieve production targets
Our Perfect Worker
* Previous experience in a similar production or assembly role is preferred
* Confident using power tools and ideally experienced with basic electronics
* Strong attention to detail and good manual dexterity
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm | Friday, 8:00am-1:00pm
