Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks and providing support to owner. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Hours will be 10-2pm/ 10-3pm Monday to Friday but flexible for suitable candidate.
Duties
* Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors and staff.
* Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
* Book-keeping, payments.
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required.
Experience
* Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative processes.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* A background in clerical work or data entry will be beneficial.
