Reporting to the Showroom Manager As Showroom Advisor, your tasks include: Key responsibilities As a sales advisor your key role is to provide support to our showroom team, as well as provide excellent customer service whilst guiding the customer throughout the sales process. The sales process can begin over the phone, email or in person and it is important you are a clear, confident, and friendly communicator via each platform - grammatical accuracy is vital. As a sales advisor you will offer our customers the highest level of support and advice throughout their journey with us which includes technical advice, design advice and resolving customer queries.
