Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Support Engineer
Oracle is looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Support Engineer to join our Customer Success Services (CSS) team. You will deliver post‑sales support and strategic guidance to UK Government and commercial clients, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and driving the successful adoption of Oracle Cloud Applications.
Overview
The CSS team supports over 6,000 companies worldwide. In the UK, we work closely with secure government customers and commercial clients, enabling them to accelerate innovation and maximise their investment in Oracle technology. Your role will involve lifecycle management, release management, and customer relationship management for Oracle Fusion SaaS and PaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver post‑sales technical and functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM to UK government clients.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, facilitating relationships with Support, Product Management, and cross‑functional teams.
* Strategically support customers to achieve the highest level of satisfaction, using automated tools and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve issues.
* Provide expert problem‑solving for complex, critical customer issues, including on‑site customer visits when required.
Qualifications
* 3+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM or 5+ years experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle EBS HCM.
* Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance (SC) and British Nationality required.
* Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting requirements.
* Full understanding of UK HCM legislation and application of Oracle updates.
* Strong experience in providing support, configuration, and extension services activities.
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
* Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs.
* Demonstrate self‑initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
* Hands‑on experience in supporting, integrating, and extending Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM.
* Expertise in configuring and optimising applications, with a deep understanding of performance tuning techniques.
Additional Experience
* Experience with Fusion SaaS (e.g. OIC, EPM, ERP, SCM, PPM, Payroll).
