We will define migration patterns, tooling strategy, and deployment approaches across batch, real-time, and hybrid models. We will provide technical governance across all migration workstreams. We will lead architecture reviews, design assurance, and technical decision-making. We will mentor and guide Data Engineers, Architects, and subject matter experts across the programme. We will define the end-to-end data migration strategy. We will manage data extraction from legacy clinical systems. We will define transformation rules and mapping specifications. We will establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality control frameworks. We will develop data standards, models, and governance principles aligned to healthcare regulations. We will build migration roadmaps, including phasing, cutover strategy, and rollback planning. We will apply our knowledge of clinical data models, terminologies, and standards. We will ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations and relevant NHS data standards. We will work closely with clinicians, analysts, and stakeholders to validate data interpretation. We will support safe handling of sensitive patient data and maintain auditability. We will design and oversee ETL pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured clinical datasets. We will select and implement appropriate migration tools and technologies. We will ensure performance, scalability, and resilience of data processing workflows. We will oversee data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation logic. We will define and implement data quality frameworks, including rules, thresholds, and monitoring processes. We will lead data profiling, cleansing, and remediation activities. We will establish reconciliation and verification processes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
