* Translate technical innovation into customer-focused, revenue-driven outcomes
* Lead a talented in-house development team and grow a high-performing commercial operation
* Balance start-up agility with corporate discipline as part of a major infrastructure group
* Champion Heatly as the face of innovation with clients, partners, and regulators
Qualifications
* Track record of scaling SaaS or tech product businesses
* Commercial sharpness in sales, pricing, and customer engagement
* Ability to operate at board level while staying close to delivery
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to deliver results
