This role requires maintaining instructional standards, supervising Flight Instructors, and ensuring efficient training delivery at both the Oxford and Alhama campuses.
The ideal candidate will have a valid EASA or UK CAA Commercial Pilot Licence, with a minimum of 1,000 hours of pilot-in-command experience. A competitive salary of up to £65,000 is offered, along with a range of additional benefits.
