NOW HIRING Full-Time Female Support Workers - Intensive Service. Location: Blacon, Chester, CH1. Salary: £13 per hour. Contract: Full-Time 42 Hours | Days & Nights Available.
A brand-new, intensive support service in Chester is launching. We’re looking for compassionate, dedicated, and driven women to shape a life-changing service from the ground up. This is more than just a job — it’s your chance to empower lives, build futures, and be part of something extraordinary.
Your Role as a Support Worker
* You’ll support adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex behavioural needs to live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in care is a plus — but not essential (we provide full training)
* A caring, resilient, and proactive personality
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* A good sense of humour and a genuine love for helping others
Your Day-to-Day Will Involve
* Assisting with daily routines (dressing, cooking, cleaning)
* Encouraging hobbies, activities, and community involvement
* Supporting personal growth and independence
* Administering medication and documenting care plans
* Upholding safeguarding principles at all times
