The role: Delivery of projects across private / public cloud solutions Getting involved in design for customer solutions Delivering high satisfaction to customers through great service Implementation of best of breed solutions using the latest technologies available Necessary skills: 3 rd line and project delivery experience in a managed services environment Knowledge of Virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V/VMWare) – ideally Hyper-V clusters Network/Server/Storage knowledge and experience – especially VLANs Azure experience with a focus on M365 Personal qualities: The ability to build relationships with customers Highly effective communication skills and phone manner Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task A strong ability to work in a proactive, methodical manner whilst having attention to detail An inquisitive nature and the want / desire to learn more If you would like to find out more click Apply today!
