The Role

About You
We’re looking for a proven leader with:
* Strong experience in retail, commercial, or mixed-use management.
* Excellent financial and operational acumen (including managing a ÂŁ1.85m service charge).
* A natural ability to build partnerships – with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
* Energy, creativity, and confidence to inspire, innovate and engage.
* A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with Brightbay and Starwood Capital to deliver the estate’s long-term vision.
