We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated full-time Band 4 Quality Assurance Facilitators to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team within the Nursing and Governance Directorate. This is your chance to play a key role in shaping clinical excellence across our Trust.
Main duties of the job
What You'll Be Doing
1. Support the Clinical Audit and Effectiveness Lead and Quality Compliance Team in delivering a robust Clinical Audit Programme.
2. Assist in planning, coordinating, and undertaking clinical audit projects that drive improvements in patient care.
3. Collect, analyse, and interpret data (both quantitative and qualitative) to inform decision-making and compliance.
4. Maintain and develop standard systems and processes that underpin quality governance.
5. Communicate findings clearly and confidently to both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring everyone understands how we can improve together.
What We're Looking For
6. A good educational background (A-levels, BTEC, NVQ Level 4 or equivalent experience).
7. Strong keyboard and IT skills, with the ability to work confidently with data.
8. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal information effectively with clinical and non-clinical staff.
9. Experience in a clinical or information environment is desirable, but not essential - we'll provide full training and support.
10. A proactive, organised approach and a genuine interest in healthcare quality.
