Job Description
* Oversee the management of insurance claims and policy renewals
* Conduct risk assessments and recommend suitable insurance policies
* Manage a team to ensure efficient operation of the insurance department
* Provide regular reports on claims status and insurance policies
* Work closely with legal advisors and other departments
* Liaise with insurance companies and other stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and guidelines
* Recommend improvements to minimise risks and costs
The Successful Applicant
A successful Insurance and Claims Manager should have:
* A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
* Experience in the insurance industry, particularly in managing claims
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong knowledge of insurance regulations and risk management
