Join to apply for the Stores Person role at NHS Scotland.
This role is based at Raigmore Hospital in the Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional unit. The unit handles patients undergoing coronary angiograms/angioplasty and device implantation such as permanent pacemakers or ICDs, as well as vascular and urology interventions, drainages and biopsies. A Primary and rescue PCI service is provided for STEMI and inpatient treatment for other acute coronary syndromes.
The post holder will work alongside another stores person. The job entails store person responsibilities such as dealing with company representatives, ordering stock, stock control and updating consignment databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required. A systematic approach to work and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, are expected. Personal qualities should include a positive approach and the ability to work effectively within a team. This is a full-time post worked across Monday to Friday; actual hours of work could be negotiated.
