Commercial Finance Analyst
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: London - 1 day per week in the office
Data Idols are working with a long-standing client in the publishing sector to hire a Commercial Finance Analyst.
Reporting into the Circulation Reporting Manager, this role focuses on leveraging sales and financial data to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
You will play a key role in analysing business metrics, developing interactive dashboards, and producing actionable insights for senior leadership. Working cross-functionally, you will contribute to financial planning, data governance, and operational efficiency across the business.
The Opportunity
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards to report on KPIs and business metrics
* Collaborate with technology teams to align data acquisition and warehousing with business goals
* Analyse the quality of data assets and work with teams to automate reporting solutions
* Build and maintain financial models to assist with forecasting and business planning
* Deliver high-quality reports and presentations for senior stakeholders

Skills and Experience
