Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our dynamic team, focusing on renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and client queries.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Managing a portfolio of commercial clients, ensuring smooth handling of renewals and MTAs
* Responding to client queries with professionalism and efficiency
* Building strong relationships with clients and insurers
* Ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures
* Supporting the wider team with administrative and client service tasks
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in a commercial insurance account handling role
* Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and processes
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A team player with a client-first mindset
* Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is desirable
