About the role
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic early years lecturer to join our team. You will be teaching students of varying abilities—from Level 1 to Level 3. You will work closely with the Curriculum Manager on the expansion and development of the department, helping us to deliver the highest quality education for every student. With your valuable industry experience, you will help inspire the next generation of skilled experts, supporting people from all backgrounds to achieve their career and life ambitions. You will also play a key role in promoting the courses across the early years curriculum area, taking part in marketing events and sharing your experiences in early years.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience.
* Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent).
* Qualified FE teacher (or willingness to work towards this).
* Excellent communication skills; able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way.
* Efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
