We're LeadSense.

We generate high-intent consumer leads at scale across insurance, financial services and home services in the UK and North America. We work with some of the largest buyers in each market and operate on strict performance economics — volume, quality and profitability matter.

We're looking for experienced Performance Media Buyers to join us on a monthly retainer + commission basis, managing high-volume paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Taboola, Outbrain — or any Social, Native or Display channel where you can generate profitable leads at scale.

We are platform-agnostic. If you can hit CPA targets and scale, we want to speak to you.

This is not a small-budget testing role. You will be managing serious ad spend across live campaigns, held accountable for CPA, volume and lead quality — not just delivery.

The Role

You will take ownership of paid campaigns from launch through scale. You'll be accountable not just for spend — but for profitable outcomes.

Responsibilities

* Plan, launch and optimise paid media campaigns across Social, Native or Display channels
* Manage substantial monthly budgets with full accountability for CPA, volume and lead quality targets
* Analyse performance data daily and make fast, data-driven optimisation decisions
* Test and iterate creative angles, audiences, hooks and landing page strategies
* Work closely with our internal team on reporting, feedback loops and scaling strategy
* Monitor platform changes, algorithm shifts and compliance considerations

What We're Looking For

* Minimum 3 years hands-on media buying experience at scale
* Proven track record in lead generation — not ecommerce or brand-only campaigns
* Deep understanding of CPL economics, lead quality scoring and volume balancing
* Experience targeting UK, US or Canadian markets
* Comfortable managing £30,000+ monthly budgets with demonstrable performance results
* Experience in financial services, home services or mobility is advantageous
* You analyse performance daily, identify what is and isn't working, and act on it without being prompted
* Clear, proactive communicator — we are remote-first and operate at pace
