In this role, you will
* Provide expert social work practice in complex situations, assessing and managing high-risk cases.
* Offer expert opinions and guidance on decision-making in complex cases.
* Lead and support the professional development of others through supervision and mentoring.
* Deliver training, assessment, and teaching to promote high-quality social work practice.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
