Wealth Administrator role at RBC in Cambridge. This is a permanent position.
What is the opportunity?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Wealth Administrator to join our Cambridge office on a permanent basis.
What will you do?
* Assisting in the account opening process including pre-populating forms
* Submission of new business to administration teams and monitoring transfer of assets
* Processing of payments and liaising with operations department
* Requesting documents and illustrations from providers
* Scanning and sending out documents and correspondence
* Preparing meeting packs and valuations for client appointments and review meetings
* Assisting with diary management
* General ad hoc admin duties
* Efficient handling of letters, telephone calls and email traffic, and pro-active handling of all other items of incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Supports business development through correct application of client processes and procedures
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Clear and concise communication skills – oral and written
* Accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
* Ability to meet deadlines and work within restricted timescales
Nice-to-have
* Studying towards a relevant level 3 qualification
* Developing knowledge of Wealth Management, the wider business offering and the Financial Services sector
