This role focuses on the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting the hiring targets for shipboard positions. The Recruiter partners closely with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver a pipeline of highly qualified talent across various departments.
1+ years of recruitment experience.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Experience recruiting for marine, or cruise industry highly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRMs, and Smartsheets a plus.
