We are seeking a commercially minded lawyer either from a Corporate or Commercial background with 0.5-2 years' post-qualification experience to join a dynamic in-house legal team supporting an international Sports brand.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-value commercial agreements and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial arrangements, including:
* Commercial partnership agreements.
* Customer and supplier contracts.
* Service, consultancy and intermediary agreements.
* Event-related and operational agreements.
* Marketing and promotional arrangements.
* Distribution, reseller and licensing agreements.
About You
* 0.5-1 years' PQE gained within a reputable law firm.
* Corporate or Commercial background.
* Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* A practical, solutions-focused approach to legal issues.
* Excellent academics.
