Your main duties will include:
1. Leading staff and stakeholders to work collaboratively, making a positive difference for the people we support.
2. Having a strong knowledge and understanding of the homes for which you are accountable, and ensuring the implementation of best practice initiatives.
3. Leading and managing the Locality Managers who report to you, ensuring effective team management in line with Dimensions' values.
4. Ensuring compliance with Dimensions' duty of care and regulatory requirements, including registration with CQC/CSSIW where applicable.
5. Striving to achieve an 'outstanding' rating through maintaining appropriate records and continuous improvement.
The successful applicant will have:
1. Level 4 LMC qualification (or equivalent) if required to be the Registered Manager.
2. Experience at middle management level in the social care sector.
3. Results-focused with proactive planning, resource optimization, and target completion within deadlines.
4. Effective people management skills, including delegation, empowerment, motivation, and coaching.
5. Strong networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
