Sales Manager TLS x Rhenac
UK & Ireland
Are you an experienced sales professional who enjoys working with stadiums, sports clubs and modern turf technology? Rhenac Group is expanding its TLS business, and we're looking for a Sales Manager to lead growth across the UK & Ireland — one of our key regions. In this role, you’ll own the market, build relationships with sports organisations and partners, and support wider EMEA sales activities.
What you’ll do
• Grow TLS sales across the UK & Ireland
• Build relationships with stadium operators, football, rugby and cricket clubs, and sports authorities
• Work with architects, pitch builders, consultants and construction partners
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → proposals → negotiation → closing
• Develop partnerships with local agents and international distributors
• Hit regional sales and margin targets
• Collaborate with our engineering, R&D and technical teams in Germany
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
• Represent TLS and Rhenac at industry events and conferences
What you bring
• Self-driven and ambitious, with entrepreneurial mindset and remote working experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proven background in technical or B2B sales (sports, turf, lighting or facilities is a plus)
• Existing network in the sports or stadia industry is highly beneficial
• Fluent English; other languages (German/French) an advantage
• Willing to travel across the UK and internationally
• Interest in sport and technology
