Overview
We are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our in-house clinical team at Brookthorpe Hall School. You will deliver bespoke Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to pupils who may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs. You will work within the standards provided in the OFG Speech and Language Therapy Ways of Working, guiding your practice within an education setting and aligning with the requirements of governing and professional bodies. You will hold a Speech and Language therapy caseload with support from your designated clinical supervisor and site lead, and contribute to staff training and consultation as required. This post suits a resilient, creative and enthusiastic individual who supports a person-centred, empowering approach for pupils. The group values safeguarding and aims to listen to and involve pupils in decisions affecting them.
