Responsibilities
* Support service users to reach their full potential by delivering quality-of-life care.
* Ensure that care is of high quality and person‑centred, based on each individual’s needs and lifestyle.
* Maintain a high‑quality, well‑maintained environment for those we support.
* Work from a care plan, providing help with day‑to‑day living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, emotional support, social interaction and visits to activities in their communities.

Role Details
The service is in Redcar and involves supporting one individual with high communication needs. The client requires a female support worker.
The role includes personal care, a full UK driving licence (or automatic driving licence), the ability to push a wheelchair, and the flexibility to work as part of a team.
Shifts are various hours, including long days and waking nights.
You do not need prior experience to join; we provide all the training required.
