Job Title: Senior Psychological wellbeing practitioner Hours: 37.5 per week Salary: AfC Band 6 £38,682 per annum, with progression to £46, 580 per annum Location: 1 x SPWP Tamworth & 1 x SPWP Newcastle Under Lyme Hybrid working arrangements If you have aspirations to develop and progress in your career, the Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Talking Therapies team is leading the way in providing excellent opportunities for training and our focus on staff wellbeing and flexible working arrangements enable our workforce to enjoy a good work life balance Do you have a passion for working with people who have common mental health problems and a desire to become part of a leadership and management team to manage and support the delivery of low-Intensity treatment with our Tamworth and North Staffordshire Teams? The Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Talking Therapies Service is a creative organisation which embraces staff ideas to constantly seek ways of taking the service forward to adapt to changing expectations. You must be a qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who can provide evidence of at least one year of post qualification experience working within the PWP role. You will have completed the PWP Supervision Training. You will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of how anxiety and depression present in Primary Care. You will also be either BABCP or BPS registered. The successful candidates will join the team at Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent Wellbeing Service. Working as part of the Step 2 team, we will offer numerous prospects for learning and development through strong team support, clinical supervision, and integration with our Step 3 team. In addition to this we offer a comprehensive employee package including the opportunity to work at home 2 days a week following a six month probation period, and allocated time for the development of Specialist Interests.
