Rural Director

What You'll Be Doing
1. Leading and developing the estate management service line and supporting with other lines of work.
2. Acting as a key fee earner from day one.
3. Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
4. Driving business development and expanding the firm's footprint in the North West.
5. Contributing to strategic decisions and long-term planning.
What We're Looking For
6. MRICS-qualified rural surveyor with significant post-qualification experience.
7. Proven track record in estate management or a related discipline.
8. Strong commercial acumen and client relationship skills.
9. Ambition to grow a business and lead a team.
10. Ideally, a network or client base in the North West.
