This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can foster a love for languages and help students develop essential communication skills in French, Spanish, German, or other modern languages. Key Responsibilities of the MFL Teacher: Plan, deliver, and assess engaging MFL lessons across Key Stages. Inspire students to appreciate different cultures and communicate effectively in another language. Support students in developing listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum and contribute to whole-school initiatives. Requirements for the MFL Teacher role: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification. Experience teaching MFL at secondary level. Strong subject knowledge and the ability to motivate and engage students. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
