Role Overview

Otis is growing and we are recruiting an Account Manager to cover the Midlands and reporting to the Operating Territory Lead. The main goal is to manage the service accounts, working with customers in a proactive way to ensure we improve our value with them, reducing cancellations and increasing service sales (O, T, MOD/BEX R), working closely with MOD/BEX R sales rep to accelerate lead generation


On a typical day you will:

1. Create and maintain long term relationships with customers through proactive customer engagement planning and reactive response to enquiries and complaints

2. Defend portfolio, reducing cancellations and renegotiations value

3. Know OTIS Service Business to be able to, working with the branch team, provide the best possible solution to customers, generating the highest value for the company. Must be able to work in cross functional teams

4. Increase Service Sales (O, T, MOD/BEX R), being able to create needs on customers and maximise profitability of each account

5. Increase Otis One Sales, being able to generate incremental subscriptions

6. Make proposals, decisions and close deals independently, according to company rules.

7. Know maintenance service, strategies and procedures: contracts, strengths, CRM, RTV, competitors.

8. Manage annual price increase process.

9. Role model and demonstrate unwavering commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team.

15. Previous experience in another international company would be preferable.
