This includes: Building and maintaining strong client relationships Understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored solutions Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, and headhunting Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for client interviews Managing salary negotiations and guiding both clients and candidates through the offer process Following up on leads, generating new business, and developing new opportunities Creating and promoting job adverts Building your personal brand on LinkedIn Maintaining accurate CRM records This role blends sales, communication, strategy, and relationship management, perfect for ambitious graduates looking for a career with impact and progression.
