Type: Permanent - Full Time Salary: £40,121 Per Annum Closing Date: Sunday, 6th July 2025 Loughborough College is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Web Developer. A self-starter with a genuine passion for web development, learning new skills, and can thrive working in a small team.
The Web team work within the wider Marketing and Communications team to design and develop engaging and interactive websites, e-communications, and web-based applications to assist with the core marketing and recruitment of students for the college. Alongside marketing, the team work on internal student and staff-facing websites, applications and services which support and streamline the college’s business processes.
You will be involved in the whole lifecycle of projects from conception, planning and development through testing and deployment, offering a chance to shape and deliver high-quality, innovative and engaging solutions.
To be successful, you’ll need to demonstrate knowledge and experience of both front-end and server-side technologies, including:
CSS / SCSS
JavaScript (e.g., A server-side language (PHP, NodeJs, .Net)
Content management systems (e.g. WordPress, Drupal)
SQL (MySQL / MSSQL)
