Location & Hours
* Location: Site Based in Weybridge, Surrey
* Hours: Full-time, permanent with flexible start and finish times available

Your Responsibilities
As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective installation of electrical services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Leading electrical installations, ensuring safety and compliance with specifications
* Guiding and mentoring supervisors to foster a collaborative "one team" approach
* Coordinating with Engineers and Project Managers for seamless project delivery
* Managing quality control procedures and maintaining accurate progress records
* Identifying risks and providing creative solutions to challenges
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
* You possess strong technical knowledge of electrical services installation and safety, supported by relevant industry qualifications
* You hold CSCS and SMSTS accreditation
* You enjoy building relationships and connecting with teams
* You are passionate about maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail
* You thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is valued
