Candidate skills & requirements We are looking for passionate individuals to join our HR team as a Senior People Partner at our Gloucester site. Your Role Through partnering with senior leaders, you'll lead strategic initiatives, elevate the employee experience, and ensure expert HR support. You'll drive workforce planning, coach leaders to build high performing teams, and act as a catalyst for meaningful organisational change. Using insight, data, and innovation, you'll continuously improve the people and culture agenda while modelling the leadership behaviours of Safran Together, guiding teams with clarity and purpose. What You'll Bring Essential - CIPD Level 7 / degree or equivalent education with significant people partnering experience working in a complex, multi functional organisation - Demonstrable experience of driving change & value-add solutions in a HR generalist role - Ability to develop, build and maintain credible and effective working relationships at all levels providing constructive challenge where appropriate - Excellent communicator, able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives and adapt accordingly - Results focused, coupled with the ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and ambiguity - Commercial awareness and its impact on the environment in which the business operates, to anticipate the impact on the workforce. - Excellent written and digital skills, including HRM systems, and analytical ability - Self-starter, able to work on own initiative, whilst a collaborative team player - Comfortable working operationally as well as strategically Desirable - Experience working in a production/manufacturing/engineering environment - Immigration/visa experience - Line management experience - Experience working in a global, matrix organisation Position location Job location Europe, UK, England, South West City (-ies) Gloucester
