Job Description
An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen within the Hospitality Department for a General Hospitality Manager based at our Crewe Campus site. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of both the Eatery, Barista and Bar areas at our Radius headquarters, ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and high standards across all aspects of service delivery.
This is a hands-on management role within a fast-paced environment, requiring strong leadership, organisation, and attention to detail. You will work closely with the Head of Hospitality and the wider team to deliver a first-class experience for colleagues and visitors, whilst maintaining compliance with all health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
You'll oversee daily service, support the team in food preparation and delivery, manage stock and financial controls, and lead by example to ensure our hospitality spaces reflect the highest standards of quality and professionalism.
This is a Monday to Friday position based at our Crewe Campus, reporting directly to the Head of Hospitality.
