We are looking for a caring, compassionate, bubbly & energetic Healthcare assistant to look after a 66 year old male who lives in his own home based in PE38 You will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience working with adults with spinal injuries & complex needs Main Responsibilities Provide 1:1 care to patients in their own home Build rapport with family members and other staff members Making sure care plans are followed and client dignity & respect is practiced Requirements for the role: Spinal injury experience Autonomic Dysreflexia knowledge (ESSENTIAL) Manual Handling Bowel Care Medication Administration, Suprapubic Catheter Care, Assistance With All Care Ensure care plans and other information are followed and changes escalated to clinical leads Support client outside the home when required i.e. medical appointments, family trips and days out Shift Patterns Mondays - Sundays Days: 08:00 -21:00 Benefits: Book your shifts in advance up to 6 weeks ahead Bespoke training given to support role Weekly Pay & Competitive rates Free CPD accredited training to help your career Referral Bonus Scheme – Earn up to £250 per candidate referral Unfortunately, we do not currently offer sponsorship for overseas candidates INDA
